The Benefits Of Olive Oil – A Powerful Anti-Aging Tonic!

The Benefits Of Olive Oil…
As we grow into our adult bodies and begin to mature, the manner in which we have treated ourselves in the past shows. It bears in our appearance today, displaying the quality of our inner health. The foods we consume for fuel along the way make up our bodies, literally! Eat donuts and drink beer daily and the outcome is obvious. For example, inflammation and high density LDL levels out of control from sugar. This tells the body to store incoming dietary fat. One of the benefits of olive oil is that it contains good fat.

Your Body Needs Good Fat In Order To Stay Healthy. The Benefits Of Olive Oil Fat Are Incredible!
Imagining a person who eats well can be difficult without defining what “well” is. Let’s focus on something missing from many fad diets these days. That something, which has been all but condemned for nearly half a century. It’s one of the three macro-nutrients and something everyone needs for optimal health. Yet not many get enough of it, intentionally (albeit misguidedly) reducing the consumption of good fat. The human body runs on fat for many reasons. But, let’s look at the benefits of fat, specifically the benefits of fat from olive oil.
Food Is Fuel For The Body As Gas Is Fuel For A Car. Acts As A fuel “Octane Booster”
Every seven years the body’s cells completely reinvent themselves; each one of the cells in the body will have been replaced in about eighty-four months. Thus, there’s always hope of changing patterns. Putting the right foods in the body in place of ones that have no biological place or value in the human system. The benefits of olive oil include healthful doses of omega three fats. The good kind that aid in cellular repair, especially for the heart and brain.
As a fuel, this oil cannot be over-stated! The pure good fat that comes from olive oil is hormonally neutral. This means that the body doesn’t receive a glycemic shock the way it does when carbohydrates are turned into sugar. Or when sugar is added to the system by way of fructose. Eating a tablespoon or more of high quality olive oil instead of snacking gives the brain a dose of the leptin it needs. This helps turn off the feeling of hunger. This prevents unnecessary eating and will give the digestive system a break and the body time to detoxify between meals. One of the problems with always being full is the lack of an opportunity for the system to clean itself up. The two sources of body fuel are fat and carbohydrate, thus, clean fats are essential to maintaining metabolic health.
Helps Compensate For A Poor Genetic Disposition
A body that is fed the proper nutrients can do its best with the genetics it has. The largest factor in whether or not disease will affect a person is genetics. But, the diet has everything to do with how those genetics are expressed! The benefits of olive oil go as far as to lubricating the flow of waste from the body. Essentially, helping to rid the body of any toxins that would otherwise be “stuck” and absorbed.
