What Are The Best Energy Drinks?

WARNING: Don’t Consume Another Energy Drink Until You Read This!
Today many people have been hooked by the idea of getting “amped up” with the latest, supposedly best energy drinks on the market – BUT…
by Jon Bender
It seems that everyday welcomes a new launch of a caffeine powered energy drink. Promising to help you stay up cramming for tests or lasting through the day after a sleepless night.
Energy drinks garner a wide range of opinions including those from decaf tea and coffee drinkers to those who drink up to 3 Monster energy drinks a day.
Well, out of our own curiosity, we independently did a poll on a small sample set of energy drinks. We came up with a comparison list to give you a general idea of the differences in each. This will help you decide for yourself, what are the best and most healthy energy drinks on the market.
Let’s start with the E3 Energy Drink from Ageless Impact
Claim To Fame:
The main active ingredient in E3 is L-carnitine (A whopping 1,000 mgs per serving!) and it’s also loaded with B12, both which are nature’s perfect “energizers”.
E3 also contains antioxidants and uses natural stevia instead of sugar. It’s calorie free and has less than 1 gram of carbohydrate.
E3 provides a full nutritional profile so you don’t need to worry about hidden ingredients.
Why We Prefer It:
To the best of our knowledge, E3 is the cleanest and healthiest energy drink on the market. It was specifically created to be that way. It originated as a therapeutic drink designed to help fragile cancer patients get more clean energy, while boosting their immune system and their will to live while going through alternative cancer treatments.
The Taste:
E3 tastes good, sort of like the legendary powdered drink mix, Tang. The best part is you won’t experience a stevia aftertaste like many lesser quality energy drinks.
Effects:
It activates your body’s natural energy production giving you all day energy but without the typical energy drink jitters like many energy drinks that are based on caffeine as the primary energy booster ingredient. Many believe E3 to be one of the best and most healthy energy drinks on the market; due in part to its cool after effect. Basically turning your brain from a wiffle ball bat into a finely sharpened Japanese Katana (Samurai Sword).
In other words, if you’ve got a big presentation coming up at work and need a razor sharp mind to get your message across, consider consuming E3 ten minutes before your presentation. Your brain will thank you for it!
Healthy Energy – FRS
Claim to Fame: The main ingredient in Healthy Energy (FRS) is the antioxidant quercetin. It’s known to enhance energy levels and is said to be a great skin care supplement because of its anti-aging effects. Seems like a win-win combo.
Why We Like It: Healthy Energy (FRS) is available in several forms including powder packs (just add water), cans, bottles and even chews.
Taste: Tastes a lot like Emergen-C, a tiny bit tart and at the same time kind of nondescript.
Effects: Hard to say; some claim it made them feel a bit perkier, but it could have been a placebo effect. In other words nothing to write home about. Basically, it includes about the same amount of caffeine as 1/3 of a cup of coffee and would be a good choice for beginners not quite ready to try what some call the best energy drinks that pack a more pronounced energy punch.
Hi Ball Sparkling Energy Water
Claim to Fame: The only energy drink considered fair trade, using USDA organic ingredients, and is also sugar and sweetener free.
Why We Like It: It tastes good, similar to flavored sparkling water. The only problem is that it’s carbonated, so you’ll also be consuming calcium robbing carbonic acid.
WARNING: It takes 10 grams of calcium to buffer and counteract every gram of carbonic acid that you consume. In many cases, due to poor diet choices that lack calcium, the calcium needed to buffer carbonic acid is pulled from the blood and bones which can lead to osteoporosis. Not good!
Taste: Tastes great!
Effects: This energy drink will get you going for a while; it delivers a strong punch. However, it also comes with the typical crash associated with drinks loaded with caffeine and minus adequate nutrition to support the body after the caffeine has worn off.
5 Hour Energy Drink
Claim To Fame: Like the name says, this energy drink is touted as delivering 5 hours of energy; that’s it in a nutshell.
Why We Like It: It comes in a convenient size, is available everywhere.
Taste: Tastes like a milder version of cough syrup; in other words not the best.
Effects: As far as actual results the reviews seem to waver between barely works and works great. A lot of people consider 5 Hour Energy one of the best energy drinks out there because it doesn’t leave you with that “speedy” feeling. Some test subjects said that it kept them going much longer than 5 hours; however it created jitters and heart palpitations and left them feeling grumpy and lethargic the next morning.
Red Bull
Claim to Fame: With a market share of 38%, it is the most popular energy drink brand as of 2019, and the third most valuable soft drink brand behind Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
Why We Like It? Quick and convenient.
Taste: Tastes like a milder version of cough syrup; in other words not the best.
Effects: When you are on the go, Red Bull is a convenient “temporary fix”. The drink comes with 80 milligrams of caffeine. Like most energy drinks that are primarily based on caffeine, you can expect the highs and lows, jitters, etc., associated with drinks of this nature.
Monster
Claim to Fame: The Original Lo-Carb Monster Energy Drink
Why We Like It: It comes in a convenient size, is available everywhere, and with 160 milligrams of caffeine, delivers a “quick” energy surge!
Taste: Tastes good
Effects: The drink has been linked to a number of health problems, including heart palpitations and anxiety. Monster Energy Drink is also high in sugar and calories, which can lead to weight gain. In addition, the artificial sweeteners used in the drink reportedly can cause headaches and dizziness.
Other Energy Drinks…
There are lots of other energy drinks out there, but many have unhealthy side effects, often times due to excessive caffeine! So always check out their ingredients, their quantities, and health-related disclosures, especially for children and pregnant women… Also do your own research, as in several studies, while energy drinks have been found to improve physical endurance, there’s less evidence of any effect on muscle strength or power.
So What is the BEST for YOU?
Pinpointing the best energy drinks out there can be difficult because the results vary from person to person (Caution: Some energy drinks can be very dangerous and detrimental to your health, so be careful, and always read the label before consuming any of them).
If we had to choose one from the short list above, or any list for that matter, we’d have to go with Ageless Impact’s E3 energy drink based on its use of carefully selected natural energy boosters formulated for all day energy; and the fact that it is free of preservatives, calories, sugar, carbohydrates and artificial colors and sweeteners.
Some may say that we are biased in our opinion which is understandable. Yes, it is our product and we are very passionate about it because of the many years of research, time and personal “loving care” that has gone into making it the best quality and most healthy energy drink formula on the market. The many testimonials that we get from satisfied customers speak louder than words!
Understanding what the best energy drinks are is important!
Do your own comparison and see why we stand firm in our belief that there is not a better, more healthy, anti-aging energy drink on the market than E3!
