How A Common Spice And Clean Underwear Can Be Used To Help Eliminate The Symptoms Of Diabetes!

Now, even after years of writing about alternative health, I still get fired up about simple solutions…they’re still the best in my opinion.

I’m not a licensed or credentialed medical professional. I’m just a lowly engineer/scientist who has been studying and living alternative health for over 3 decades. Therefore since I’m not treating you, and instead sharing an opinion, I thought I’d bring you some amazing findings from my studying.
Believe it or not there might be an all-natural awesome tasting and little known secret to help address both type 1 and type 2 diabetes hiding in your pantry right now. You’ve most likely used it on your oatmeal, sprinkled it on apple pies and baked it in cookies.
Can you guess what it is?
Cinnamon? Well if that’s what you guessed, you’re right—common, cheap, and is likely in your pantry right now! The health benefits of cinnamon are numerous.
Many alternative MDs believe it very well could make patented diabetes medications unnecessary for some patients by helping reverse symptoms of diabetes. The health benefits of cinnamon contains a flavonoid that closely mimics insulin activity—called “methylhydroxychalcone polymer” (or MHCP).
Research has shown that a combination of MHCP and insulin work together to regulate glucose metabolism. Researchers have found that MHCP mimics insulin and, in most cases, can work alone—yes, without the presence of insulin to help with the reversal of diabetes.
You might be surprised that most any store-bought cinnamon will do; in fact all research was done with the commercial stuff you’ll find in grocery stores.
Hopefully you have been watching the Food Network because you may need a little prep, though…
Cinnamon contains some toxic materials that, taken in high levels, could cause some problems that actually negate the health benefits of cinnamon. All of these toxic materials are fat soluble, though, so all you have to do is boil the cinnamon in water and pour off the resulting watery solution for use. Discard the solids (you can strain the solution using cheesecloth or clean cotton underwear – I told you underwear was part of my story ), as they’ll contain the fat-soluble toxins…the bad stuff you don’t want. Since MHCP is water-soluble, it’s still in the watered-down solution poured off after boiling the cinnamon. You then store the watery solution in a container and place in the refrigerator.
To use, you simply divide the resulting solution in the number of parts equal to the number of teaspoons of whole cinnamon you used and take this solution daily. For example, if you boiled 20 teaspoons of cinnamon you’d then divide the resulting watery solution into 20 parts. So if the resulting solution was 40 ounces, you would take 2 ounces each day. Enjoy the health benefits of cinnamon and be sure to wash your underwear when you are done so they are fresh for next time.
