How Much Water Should You Drink Each Day? Why “Chugging” Is Better Than Sipping…

The Anti-Aging Benefits Of Drinking Water Daily

Drinking Water is the Great Equalizer for anyone eager to start experiencing Anti-Aging Benefits!

And it boils down to answering 3 frequently asked questions:

  1. How much water should you drink?
  2. What’s the best time to drink water?
  3. What’s the best type of water to drink?

For example, chugging/drinking water at a specific time of day can dramatically increase your energy levels, focus, and mental clarity. It will also help reduce wrinkly skin making you look younger and helping to fight off many diseases!

And while most health enthusiasts suggest drinking up to 8-10 glasses (10-12 ounces each) daily, I personally believe that the time of day that you drink water and the type you drink can be even more important than just the quantity!

In Japan and other Asian countries it’s believed that drinking water in large amounts immediately after waking every morning, on an empty stomach, can dramatically improve a person’s health. Also, possibly even help cure, or prevent, many degenerative diseases including cancer.*

Let’s unpack below these and other water-related questions.

Here’s My Personal Water Drinking Protocol

Many people have reported major benefits from drinking sufficient amounts of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then waiting at least 45 minutes before eating food. This allows the water to flush your organs without interference from food.

I’ve personally put this to the test and have noticed a big improvement in the quality of my skin tone, energy levels, mental clarity, and even a decrease in body fat.

For the balance of the day, I drink up to 8-10 glasses (10-12 ounces each) spread out throughout the day, one hour before or after meals.

Water Drinking Advice

Here’s a “water drinking protocol” that I live by daily. I believe it has the potential to dramatically improve the overall quality of your health, giving you more energy and even helping you lose some unwanted body fat:

  1. Immediately upon rising drink two 10-12 ounce glasses of purified alkaline water on an empty stomach.
  2. Don’t eat or drink anything for at least 45 minutes (unless it’s more water)! After that time you can eat and drink as normal.
  3. For the remainder of the day, drink the balance of your daily goal of 8-10 glasses in between meals. One hour before or after meals is the best time. (Drinking too much water with meals is NOT good… it can dilute the gastric acid in your stomach needed to digest food. This can potentially cause digestive problems.)

Water Could Help Cure Many Diseases

Many people in Japan believe that following this drinking water protocol can potentially cure many diseases. I, too, believe this! It also helps those who are already healthy become even healthier.

Think of the function of this drinking water protocol being similar to how a toilet bowl works. When you push the flush lever a large amount of water is released at once into the bowl flushing the waste down the drain. 

The Best Time to Drink Water

This is why it’s best to drink a large amount of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You are essentially “flushing” your internal organs of many toxins and waste matter in a similar fashion.

Furthermore, this flushing effect of toxins can help take a major load off of your immune system. This allows it to work more efficiently on fighting disease: A healthy immune system generally means a healthy body!

So what is the best type of water to drink? This is equally important to how much water should you drink each day, and the timing of when you consume water!

It’s All About the pH

Consuming a higher alkaline water of 8.5 to 9.5 pH is extremely important! It can help neutralize excessive acid and keep your body in a healthy alkaline state.

It’s important to note that most diseases, especially cancer, cannot thrive in an alkaline body!

Make Your Water “Wetter”

One of the best ways to ensure you are drinking water with a higher pH range is to create it with a water ionizer.  Not only does a water ionizer restructure water creating a higher pH balance, but it also “micro-clusters” the water making it “wetter” and much more absorbing, and super hydrating, for cells in the body.

As an additional major benefit, through electrolysis, a water ionizer also turns water into a very powerful antioxidant. This happens by creating a strong negative ORP (Oxidative Reduction Potential) within it.

No Water Ionizer? Here’s Alternatives…

If you do not own a water ionizer then try to find a local water shop that sells alkaline water by the gallon. It’s usually less than $1 per gallon.

If that is not an option, and you are a bottled water drinker, I recommend drinking “Essentia” as it is highly purified and has a higher pH than most bottled waters, and the bottle is BPA free.  

WARNING! Men Pay Special Attention Here!

Keep in mind that drinking typical bottled water over an extended period of time can be a double edge sword due to BPA leaching from the plastic into the water. BPA can disrupt the body’s endocrine system. In particular, this can affect men due to BPA having an estrogen like effect in the body. Not a good thing!

Final Thought: Make it a HABIT to Chug the Best Quality Water you can find first thing in the morning 45 minutes before eating food!
